St. Croix Valley
The St. Croix river serves many different roles…to some it is simply the boundary between western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota, some value it’s historic role in helping transform the once-rugged timber region, to others it is a recreational resource with miles of boating & fishing opportunities, and still others find it’s scenic beauty most valuable as the country’s first Wild & Scenic Riverway. But to the cities, towns, and rural areas that cling to both banks, it is the thread of community that tie them all together; with much to offer to multi-generational families and visitors alike. The St. Croix Valley that holds Cheryl’s focus as a realtor extends from the northern community of Taylors Falls (and St. Croix Falls on the Wisconsin side) to Afton, 40 miles to the south, and from Minnesota’s Capitol City, St. Paul, to western Wisconsin’s rolling bluffs.
