The Nelson School Condos are a story of preservation and adaptation that brought the community together to save a Historic structure. The building was used by the school district as classroom space then as the District #834 Administration building until the mid 1970's. A grass roots organization was formed to save the building, and it's new life began. The creative adaption and reuse brought 8 condominiums with 8 heated underground garage spaces. The common areas include a place to gather for meetings or socialization with the other owners. Nelson School Condos offers affordable, interesting options for Stillwater living.
Spacious bright bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom are all as charming
as the rest of the condo. Large closets offer a great deal of storage space.
